This policy applies to use of DCE GLOBAL CO., LTD applications and email-marketing systems.

Prohibited recipient acquisition

Do not send marketing email to purchased, rented, borrowed, scraped, harvested, third-party-provided, or otherwise non-permissioned lists. Do not use addresses obtained through deceptive consent or preselected permission that is not valid under applicable law.

Prohibited messaging

• Spam or messages sent without the required permission or lawful basis
• Deceptive sender identities, subjects, routing information, or claims
• Unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or infringing content
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems
• Attempts to evade filtering, unsubscribe, suppression, bounce, complaint, rate, or reputation controls

Required practices

Users must maintain appropriate consent evidence, provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism, honor opt-outs, and exclude suppressed, permanently bounced, and complained recipients from marketing activity.

Enforcement

We may investigate, restrict, pause, or terminate access when necessary to protect recipients, platforms, or the service. Suspected abuse may be reported to support@fitwearpro.co.
