Purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise non-permissioned lists are prohibited. Merchants must honor unsubscribe and suppression requirements described in our Email Policy.

Some features integrate with third-party platforms such as Shopify or Meta. Merchants are responsible for maintaining their third-party accounts and complying with those providers’ terms.

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for configuring their stores, advertising accounts, tracking settings, privacy notices, and customer consent mechanisms in accordance with applicable laws.
