This Privacy Policy explains how CUSGROUP LLC handles information when merchants install and use our Shopify applications, including Fitpro Meta Pixel & CAPI.

Information we process

Depending on the features used, the App may process:

• Shopify store domain and store identifiers
• App and Meta Pixel configuration
• Storefront and checkout event information
• Product and variant identifiers
• Event IDs, timestamps, URLs, and delivery status
• Technical diagnostic and error information

The App Store version does not require customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses for its core functionality.

How information is used

• Deliver conversion events configured by the merchant
• Operate Shopify Web Pixel and server-side tracking functionality
• Map Shopify product identifiers to advertising platform content IDs
• Display event logs and diagnostics
• Detect errors and troubleshoot integrations
• Maintain the security and reliability of the service

Third-party platforms

When a merchant enables an integration, relevant event information may be transmitted to the selected third-party platform, including Meta Platforms. Those providers process information according to their own terms and policies.

Information sharing

We do not sell merchant or customer personal information. Information is shared only as necessary to operate the App and provide merchant-requested integrations.

Data retention

Configuration and operational information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, diagnose issues, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

App uninstallation

When an App is uninstalled, Shopify access is revoked. Information no longer required for legitimate operational or legal purposes may be deleted or anonymized.
