This Privacy Policy explains how DCE GLOBAL CO., LTD handles information when merchants install and use our Shopify applications, including Fitpro Meta Pixel & CAPI, and when people contact us or interact with our email practices.

Information we process

• Shopify store domain, store identifiers, and app configuration
• Storefront, checkout, product, variant, event, timestamp, URL, delivery, diagnostic, and error information used by enabled features
• Meta business, advertising account, campaign, ad set, asset, and performance information authorized by the merchant
• Contact details and request information people submit to support
• Email permission, message, delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and suppression evidence where applicable

The App Store version of Fitpro Meta Pixel & CAPI does not require customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses for its core functionality.

How information is used

We use information to provide merchant-requested integrations and analytics, operate and secure the service, diagnose errors, respond to requests, document permission, honor opt-outs, suppress bounced or complained addresses, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and third-party platforms

We do not sell merchant or customer personal information. Information is shared only as necessary to operate the service, provide merchant-requested integrations, or meet legal obligations. Enabled integrations may transmit relevant information to providers such as Meta, which process information under their own terms and policies.

Retention

Configuration and operational information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, diagnose issues, maintain security, honor suppression and unsubscribe obligations, and comply with legal obligations.

Choices and data rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict relevant personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@fitwearpro.co. We may verify the request and may retain limited information where required for security, legal compliance, or suppression of unwanted email.

App uninstallation

When an app is uninstalled, Shopify access is revoked. Information no longer required for legitimate operational or legal purposes may be deleted or anonymized.
